Sutton Garden Square (previously known as Chalk Gardens, the former B&Q site) - Piling of Pase1 commenced on 15th July 2026.
Sutton Council's Planning Committee has approved plans by St George to increase the number of homes at Sutton Garden Square from 970 to 1,014. The plans, which were approved by Councillors in January 2025, now have approval from the Greater London Authority.
