Chalk Gardens (B&Q Sutton site)

Council has approved Planning Application

On 19th December 2023 Sutton Council granted Planning Permission to St George (Berkeley Group) for the development of the B&Q Sutton site to provide 970 residential homes in blocks ranging from 6 to 21 storeys.
