More affordable homes in Sutton town centre

Sutton Council's Planning Committee has approved plans to increase the number of affordable homes at Chalk Gardens, the former B&Q site, from 337 to 353, including 217 new council homes.  The total number of homes approved has increased from 970 to 1,014.​

Sutton Council originally granted Planning Permission to St George (Berkeley Group) in December 2023 for the development of the B&Q Sutton site.
